1. Who we are

Obsno ("we", "us") is an AI-powered workspace for chat and website building. Contact: business@obsno.com

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, profile picture from Google OAuth
• Usage data: daily message count to enforce plan limits
• Sessions & builds: stored so you can access them across devices. Delete anytime.
• Payment data: processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never see your card details.

3. What we don't collect

Conversation content is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. We do not log or permanently store message content on our servers beyond what you explicitly save as a session.

4. Third-party services

• Anthropic — AI responses. Their privacy policy
• Google OAuth — sign-in only. Their privacy policy
• Lemon Squeezy — payments. Their privacy policy
• MongoDB Atlas / Railway — infrastructure and hosting

5. Data retention

Your account and sessions are retained while your account is active. To delete your account and all data, email business@obsno.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact business@obsno.com.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Auth tokens are cryptographically random 256-bit values with 30-day expiry. We never expose API keys to clients.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
